    Lluis has been involved with nissan parts for over 20 years. Originally from Cerrito, California, Luis had moved to the phoenix area for parts before finally moving to Flagstaff. He started at Planet as the Parts manager and was there for 5 years before taking the reins in the service Department where he has been the service manager ever since. Luis was instrumental with Planet winning the Nissan Owners First award for three years as well as Subarus Stellar Performers award. luis is constantly growing and we will count on him even more as we prepare to open the Chrysler Dodge and Jeep store. Luis has been active in the community as the VP of the Northern Arizona Youth Football League and Cheer organization. we would also like to congratulate Luis on the birth of his first grandchild. The Planet Family would like to thank Luis, and wish him many more sucessful years here at Planet.

    Planet Nissan Subaru and Jeep of Flagstaff would like to congratulate grayling Vanderheyden on his 10 years of service. Grayling had been a friend of one of the owners since the late 80's from Colorado. So, when an opportunity presented itself to bring Grayling into the Planet family, Scott and Connie knew that they would have a great and dedicated employee. Grayling's vast knowledge of business, as he and his wife have owned several businesses themselves in the past , has provided the background for which to grow upon. His strength as a trainer and his knowledge of business helps drive him and his team to achieve excellence at all times. Under Graylings direction the Parts Department has won multiple awards throughout his ten years with planet in cludeing three Owners First awards through Nissan and two Stellar Performer Awards through Subaru.

    James started as a lube technician in January of 2001 with a tackle box full of tools and a willlingness to learn. In these ten years he has become both a ASE Certified and a Subaru Master Certified Technician. James has developed into a "fix-it" guy among his peers. His uncannability to solve problems and the abilty to fix problems that others can't has helped him provide support to the other technicians in the shop. Also, over the years James has celebrated the birth of his two Children. James' colorful personality helps keep the shoplively and is known throughout the dealership. The Planet Family thanks James and wishes him many more years of exceptional service here at Planet.

    Please join us in congratulating Susan Endlicher on her 10 years of dedicated service with Planet Nissan Subaru Jeep of Flagstaff. Susan started with Planet in February of 2000 but had been selling Nissan and Subaru vehicles before Planet opened its doors in November 1999. The Planet owners were convinced by a Subaru district manager that Susan was a "must have", and made extensive efforts to bring her back from a local competitor. Susan is now the most certified Subaru sales consultant in the state. She has also received many awards and has obtained sales certification thru the National Automobile Dealers Association,Nissan, Subaru, and Jeep. Susan's dedication and passion for superior customer service has helped make our Nissan franchise the most award winning Nissan dealership in all of Phoenix and Northern Arizona. With Susan's help this Subaru franchise is the most award winning Subaru dealership in the state, and our jeep franchise is the fastest growing Jeep dealership in the southwest. Susan attributes her outstanding performance  to her mind set of " customer number one, and profit number. Her consistency, work ethic, upbeat demeanor, and loyal clientele have helped make Planet a extraordinary place to work and purchase a vehicle. Bob has been working on Subaru automobiles since 1969 when Subaru first introduced the Subaru technicians. Before he and his family moved to Arizona, Bob worked with one of the owners at a auto group in Colorado.While working for this automobile group Bobs skills and  abilities became evident. The owners of Planet knew the service department would be a key to success in building a new business in a new town.He is continuely ranked as one of the top Subaru technicians in the greater southwest. His tireless devotion to his loyal clients, the Subaru brand, and planet makes him an asset to our organization. We enjoy his company and wish Finch many more successful years of outstanding servic.

As the Inventory Lot Manager Nash has proven to be one of the most reliable employees we have had the pleasure to work with. A native of Santa Fe, This soft spoken man is proud of his position and his 4'4'' frame also helps in the preparation of large vehicles such as the Nissan Armada and Titan.
    nash came to Planet Nissan Subaru as a lot technician back in Juneof 2001. Six months later he was asked  to assume the responsibility as the Inventory lot Manager. His love of working outdoors, whether in rain, snow,sleet, hail, or wind , has enabled him to take pride in all the work he does. Hash has been a joy to work with and we here at the Planet family look forwrd to many more years to come.
