Susan started with Planet in February of 2000 but had been selling Nissan and Subaru vehicles before Planet opened its doors in November 1999. The Planet owners were convinced by a Subaru district manager that Susan was a “must have,” and made extensive efforts to bring her back from a local competitor. Susan is now the most certified Subaru sales consultant in the entire state of Arizona. Furthermore, in the past 10 years, Susan has sold more Subaru’s than any other sales consultants in the state. She has also received many awards including numerous sales consultant of the month and sale consultant of the year awards and has obtained sales certification thru the National Automobile Dealers Association, Nissan, Subaru, and Jeep. Susan’s dedication and passion for superior customer service has helped make our Nissan franchise the most award winning Nissan dealership in all of Phoenix and Northern Arizona. With Susan’s help this Subaru franchise is the most award winning Subaru dealership in the state, and our Jeep franchise the fastest growing Jeep dealership in the south west. Bob has been working on Subaru automobiles since 1969 when Subaru first introduced the Subaru 360 in the states. During that time Bob attended the first Subaru training class developed for Subaru technicians. Before he and his family moved to Arizona, Bob worked with one of the owners at an auto group in Colorado. While working for this automotive group Bob’s skills and abilities became evident. The owners of Planet knew the service department would be a key to success in building a new business in a new town. Bob was actively recruited for his thirty years of Subaru expertise, knowledge, and work ethic making Bob a cornerstone in the Planet service department and the Subaru community. Now with forty years experience, Bob’s dedication to customer satisfaction has helped make Planet the most award winning Subaru store in the state of Arizona. He is continually ranked as one of the top Subaru technicians in the greater southwest.
